Great Service!
Cycle Works took over the service in my subdivision three years ago and I am very pleased with the service. They are always on time; have no fluid spills; cleanup if a can spills; bill on time and with plenty of time in advance. Great Service from a locally owned and operated company!

Recycling Updates:

  • Cardboard boxes should be flattened with no trash inside them to be recycled
  • Also, in order to keep your community clean we ask that you please bag all lose recycling materials such as shredded paper, and small recyclable items. If it can blow in the wind, bag it.

I am sure you and your CS team hear from people all the time telling you want Cycle Works is doing wrong.  So I feel it important to let you know that my family thinks Cycle Works is doing things RIGHT!

I called in today to sign up for ebilling, thanks for that option by the way.  I have to let you know that we have been with Cycle Works for a couple of years now and the service has been OUTSTANDING.  We never have issues of any type, and that is something I have not been able to say when we were with other providers.  Communication is wonderful, your collection teams are on time, prices are very fair, and we like doing business with fellow local business people.  I have to give extra praise to your collection team.  They are very polite and considerate as they make their way through our neighborhood ...very much unlike the others!

We are very happy and satisfied with Cycle Works and look forward to many years with you in the future. Keep up the great work.
