Our Policies

Holidays Schedule:  We are closed on these days New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If the holiday falls on your scheduled service day, your trash will be picked up on the following day.  All remaining pick ups for that week will be one day late.  

Billing: Customers are billed quarterly. If you have signed up for service in the middle of the month, your first month will be pro-rated. You will receive a bill for the pro-rated amount through your first month of service.  The quarterly amount you have paid will be credited to your account for 3 full months, and the next billing cycle will reflect the exact quarterly amount you were quoted. You have now paid for the first 90 days of service and will receive your next quarterly bill at the end of your current quarter.

Garbage Collection:  Please have your trash out at the curb by 7:00AM or the night before. Please make sure your garbage is bagged and tied to prevent spilling or scattering of garbage before the trucks arrive. 

Recycling:  Place any of these recyclable materials into the bin we provide: plastics #1 thru #7, tin, aluminum, newspaper, magazines, paperboard and glass bottles. All cardboard boxes should be flattened. 

Yard Waste:  Each customer is allowed ten bags of yard debris per week. Each additional bag will be $1.00 per bag. Sticks must be tied and bundled and cut to 4ft.

NOT ACCEPTABLE – tree trunks, dirt, rocks, construction debris. 

Bulk Items: These items are acceptable for bulk item pickup: Mattress, BoxSprings, Bed Frame, Headboard, Sleeper Sofa, Couch, Loveseat, Chair, Table, Bookshelves, Door, Dresser, Desk, Ironing Board, Microwave, Grill, Stove, Dishwasher, Hot Water Heater, TV, Push Lawn Mowers, Swing Set, Playhouse, Exercise equipment, Toilet, Sink, Christmas Tree, Basketball goal, Boxed or Bagged Trash.

NOT ACCEPTABLE – construction material including lumber, tile, insulation, sheetrock, carpet and florescent bulbs, dirt, rocks, paint cans, bathtubs and refrigerators/freezers.
