Billing
Cycle Works bills our customers quarterly. If you establish new service in the middle of the month, your first month will be pro-rated.
You will receive a bill for the pro-rated amount through your first month of service. The quarterly amount you have paid will be credited to your account for 3 full months, and the next billing cycle will reflect the exact quarterly amount you were quoted. You have now paid for the first 90 days of service and will receive your next quarterly bill at the end of your current quarter.
