1. What time should I put my trash out?
Put the trash out by seven o clock AM on
the day of your pickup
2. Where should I locate the trash can to be picked up?
Put the can at the corner
of your driveway, and at the opposite end of the mailbox location
3. What is your holiday schedule?
We will pick up your trash one day later than
normal if your pickup day falls on a holiday we observe. The holidays we will not be
working are Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. For example,
Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday, so the Thursday customers will be picked up on
Friday and the Friday customers will be picked up on Saturday.
4. What type of truck is used to provide recycling service?
We use a rear load packer
for efficiency purposes. The rear load packer will compact more recycling than a
recycling truck and because it can be commingled, it makes more sense from a service
standpoint.
5. Should I put out my recycling and yard waste at the same time as my trash?
Yes.
6. Can I call at anytime throughout the day to talk to someone about trash service?
Yes
7. Do you have a special rate for the entire subdivision trash removal?
Yes we do
8. If I get my neighbor to sign up, what do I get out of it?
You will receive one
month of free service
9. Who would I speak with about an HOA discount?
Call customer service and let
them know where you live and you would like to speak with Joseph about a special
subdivision rate
10. Can I have two rolling trash cans?
Yes, but we will have to charge an additional
four dollars per month.
