Joseph started Allcycle Sanitation
in September 1998 with one truck and twenty-five customers. By December
2001, Allcycle was servicing almost fifteen thousand customers. Our number
one priority is to provide an exceptional service.
Subdivision homeowners associations and Property management companies have
always had a direct line to Joseph Spagnuolo. "Our response time to a
situation is immediate, we do not believe in automated phones. Our company
's number one priority is the customer" says Joseph Spagnuolo. "As
an owner and operator of Allcycle, I had no problem jumping into a truck
and helping our guys pick up the trash" says Joseph Spagnuolo.

having long lasting relationships with all of these communities
again." Says Joseph.

Mr. Spagnuolo has over ten years of experience in marketing and residential
sales within the waste management industry and is currently the President
and Founder of Cycle Works Sanitation and Recycling. Prior to Cycle Works,
Mr. Spagnuolo was the Vice President and Co-Founder of Allcycle, where his
accomplishments included building a customer base of over 15,000 customers
within the first three years of inception. He was responsible for the day
to day management, marketing and business development activities before the
acquisition of the company to Waste Management in 2002. He began his waste
management career hauling trash, designing routes and managing the day to
day responsibilities for Greater Atlanta Sanitation. Mr. Spagnuolo is a
successful entrepreneur who has established two thriving start up
organizations within the waste management sector. He attributes his success
to developing long term partnerships and providing unparalleled customer
service. "commitment to excellence" Mr. Spagnuolo` s
accomplishments started a long time ago on the playing field where his
leadership and athletic talent landed him on the playing field with the Los
Angeles Dodgers baseball organization. Mr. Spagnuolo has taken these skills
and applied them to his business life and he firmly believes mediocrity is
never an option.
Joseph is a resident of Alpharetta, Georgia, husband and father of two
children.
